Day 1: Arrive Sydney

On arrival at Sydney International airport, be greeted by a local professional representative and transfer to hotel. (Check in is usually after 2.00pm). Remainder of day is at leisure. Dinner: Y

Day 2: Sydney

This morning we meet our local guide for a city tour, which will include: Sydney Harbour with a lunch cruise and guided tour of the Sydney Opera House. Evening at leisure. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 3: Sydney

This morning we depart for the Blue Mountains excursion including Featherdale Wildlife Park, we will also visit Scenic World, where you can enjoy a cable car ride and glide between cliff tops and gaze at the rainforest canopy through the glass floor of the Scenic Skyway! Suspended 270 metres above ancient ravines, the Skyway provides a unique thrill as breathtaking views are revealed beneath your feet through the electro-glass cabin floor. With 360° views, the 720 metre journey provides the best views of Katoomba Falls, the Three Sisters, and Jamison Valley stretching to the horizon. Ride the Scenic railway and discover the thrill of a 52 degree incline on the steepest passenger railway in the world, this unforgettable experience offers glass-roofed carriages with expansive views of the rainforest setting. Day 4: Sydney - Cairns

Check out and transfer to Sydney airport for the flight to Cairns. On arrival, proceed to Kuranda including entrance to Rain forestation featuring Australia Wildlife, we also visit, Aboriginal Dancers. Travel from Kuranda by Skyrail, transferring to our hotel on completion of Skyrail. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 5: Cairns - Green Island

This morning we proceed to Cairns Marina where we travel across to Green Island, a coral cay 27 km's offshore from Cairns and located within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park World Heritage Area. The island is surrounded by coral reef. Take in the semi-submarine and enjoy the beauty of the Island. Early evening return to hotel. Breakfast: Y  Lunch: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 6: Cairns - Melbourne

We check out and transfer to Cairns airport for the flight to Melbourne. On arrival, we proceed to our hotel for check in. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 7: Melbourne

On the morning tour, we see Bourke Street Mall and tree-lined Collins Street, the ultimate shopping strip and business centre. See examples of Melbourne Victorian architectural splendour including St. Paul's Cathedral, Princess and Regent Theatres, Melbourne Town Hall, Parliament House, Treasury Building, Royal Exhibition buildings and the Queen Victoria Markets. Later we depart for Phillip Island. We first arrive at the Koala Sanctuary where we join our ranger for a tour of the Sanctuary, come 'face- to-face' with koalas in their natural habitat. From here we depart for the Penguin Reserve, witness the Penguin parade and the world's smallest Penguins - Little Penguins, as they arrive at sunset and waddle across the beach to their sand dune burrows. Late evening return to our hotel. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 08: Melbourne - Auckland

Check out and proceed to Melbourne airport for the international flight to New Zealand. Upon arrival at Auckland, clear customs and Immigration, then proceed for a panoramic city tour. Auckland is home to a population of more than one million people, represents the largest urban city in New Zealand and is recognised as having the largest concentration of Polynesian people in the world. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 09: Auckland - Rotorua

Enjoy a journey through the lush countryside. Later continue on to Rotorua, surrounded by the unmistakable smell of bubbling sulphuric geysers, Rotorua is a hydrothermal experience of a lifetime. Commence sightseeing of lakefront and Government Gardens. At Te Puia, enjoy a short tour of the Thermal Reserve - see boiling mud pools and mighty geysers followed by the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute - see Maori carving and weaving demonstrations. Breakfast: Y. Lunch: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 10: Rotorua Sightseeing - Queenstown

This morning enjoy more of Rotorua's sightseeing. Agrodome, the Unique New Zealand Experience! A must do during your New Zealand experience. Agrodome gives international visitors an extraordinary, real hands-on, live experience of farming and a total interaction with our commercially farmed animals such as sheep, goats, cattle, deer, alpacas and ostriches, plus the world famous sheep show! Later, bid farewell to your North Island tour and check in for the flight to Queenstown. Upon arrival on the South Island, proceed for a sightseeing tour of the historic gold mining township of Arrowtown en route. Queenstown has captured hearts since the first Maori came in search of pounamu (greenstone or jade) and to hunt the giant Moa bird. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 11: Queenstown - Milford Sound - Queenstown

Milford Sound is simply stunning. In Maori legend, the fiords were created not by rivers of ice, but by Tu Te Raki Whanoa, a godly figure who came wielding a magical adze and uttering incantations. Milford Sound (Piopiotahi) is without doubt his finest sculpture. Whatever the fiord's mood, teeming with rain or with sun glistening on deep water, it will inspire you. In the foreground stands Mitre Peak, a majestic presence dominating the skyline. The Milford Road (between Te Anau and Milford) is one of the finest alpine drives in the world. The scenery is exceptional, ranging from broad grassy flats, dense rainforest, and towering mountains through to glacial lakes and alpine herb fields. No other road in Fiordland offers such a diverse glimpse into New Zealand's alpine zone. Upon arrival at Milford Sound board your vessel to enjoy a scenic Cruise the length of Milford Sound. After the cruise, return to Queenstown. Breakfast: Y. Lunch: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 12: Queenstown - Lake Wanaka - Haast Pass - Fox Glacier - Franz Josef Glacier

Depart for Franz Josef Glacier via tranquil Lake Wanaka, Lake Hawea and the Haast Pass. Travel through the lush rainforests of South Westland National Park to Fox Glacier and Franz Josef Glacier. Upon arrival view the glacier - there is a self-guided walking track from the glacier car park or take the Additional  Excursion  for  the  scenic  flight  to  view  the  glaciers  with  a  snow  landing.  Flights  are dependent on availability and weather conditions on the day. Day 13: Franz Josef - Hokitika - Arthurs Pass - Christchurch

Today we proceed to Hokitika. Visit a local factory to see the Greenstone carving (New Zealand jade). Continue the stunning scenic journey over the Otira Gorge and Arthurs Pass to the Canterbury Plains and Christchurch. Alternatively, join the Additional Excursion, to board the famous "Tranz Alpine" scenic train from Arthurs Pass to Christchurch. (Must be pre-booked well in advance.) Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 14: Christchurch

This morning enjoy a tour of Christchurch - the Garden City, featuring Hagley Park, Avon River, Botanic Gardens, Canterbury Museum and the panoramic view from the Cashmere Hills. We also visit the International Antarctic Centre to view the Blue Penguins, ride a Hagglund vehicle and view the exciting 4D Theatre Extreme. Afternoon is at leisure for relaxing or some last minute shopping. Breakfast: Y. Dinner: Y

Day 15: Christchurch - Flight out

Today we check out of the hotel and bid farewell to the group before arriving at Christchurch airport for the international flight home. Breakfast: Y
