Feedback about my recent trip to Gujarat :

General impression : very pleasant and very interesting, well balanced.
You should add, in Patan, the Jain Temple Pancharasa Parasvanath. Simply wonderful!
In Patan, I regret not to have walked through the area with ancient houses. The driver seemed not to have noticed them.
We visited Champaner on the way to Jambughoda, so that we could save time to visit Ahmedabad.
About the driver : Friendly, attentive. His driving is safe. He doesnt hesitate to suggest more places worth being seen.
His English can be improved..Sometimes, it was a bit difficult to share.
About the guides :
In Little Rann of Kutch, it was not necessary to have a guide.
In Jambughoda, I appreciated the guide. He made me discover tribal paintings, villages, weavers, dying,and schools where I was cheerfully welcomed.I even listened to the official hymn of Gujarat!!
In Ahmedabad, the guide was very interesting and moreover he speaks a very good English.
But the drawback is : we wasted so much time in traffic jams because the hotel ( Binori) is too far from the center.
I liked Calico museum Thanks.
About the hotels :
General impression : comfortable or very comfortable but some are badly situated I couldnt have a walk outside at the end of the day!
Jaipur House Mt Abu, Grand Raveta Patan : very comfortable, good food but too far. In fact, in Patan, there are no hotels in the centre.
Little Rann Resort : good. Poor breakfast, 3 or 4 toasts I shared with the driver.
Dholavira : good
Comfort Inn Bhuj : very comfortable and well situated.
Sayagi Jamnagar, Click Hotel Junagadh : very comfortable
Palitana : correct
Hampton Vadadara : very comfortable, food a bit expensive!
Jambughoda : nice
Binori : Of course comfortable but too, too far... (see above)
Conclusion Ill recommend Adler Tours to my friends.
When I saw you, you spoke about Tanzania and Zanzibar.
I am interested. Could you, please, send me 2 costs depending on 2 different types of lodging.

“I was planning a trip to Dwarka and Somnath. I contacted Adler Tours for the same and I am glad that I did so. They helped me plan the itinerary. I added Junagadh and Gir Forest on their recommendation. They discussed about the type of hotels we require and accordingly they suggested hotels at each location. They described about the property over phone which made it easier to finalize the hotel. Once the hotel was done they gave the choice of vehicle to be used for our trip. We chose Nissan Evalia for our trip. The car was very clean and comfortable. They even brought the car for us to see in Rajkot before our trip started.
The vehicle arrived at the given time. It was very thoughtful and kind of them to provide one crate of mineral water and some snacks, a big bottle of hand sanitizer and tissues. They had also placed literature of various tourist places of Gujarat. That has made us plan our next trip already.
The driver was very nice. He was well groomed and polite. His driving was excellent. He had the knowledge of the route, the places we were going to visit and restaurants where we could have our meals. He was very helpful. We did not have to get any guide at any place because he was knowing each place in detail.
They kept in touch during our trip and enquired if we required any help.
They enquired about the hotels after our trip and assured to take matters with the concerned properties for small issues which I faced.
It was a wonderful trip planned and executed by Adler Tours.”

We booked our tours through Adler Tours & Safaris, It was an excellent experience. They made an outstanding arrangements of transportation, hotel accommodations, safaris, meals, and guides. We spent about a week in Sri Lanka and they had made all the arrangements from the airport and subsequently for sightseeing including an air-conditioned car with an excellent driver/guide, a train journey, and a safari to see wild elephants. The hotel accommodations were in exclusive hotels with either half board or full board depending on our itinerary. We really enjoyed our visit.

In India, we travelled through South India (Tamil Nadu), West India (Gujarat), Madhya Pradesh ( Orccha, Panna, and Khajurau), Uttar Pradesh ( Varanasi), Uttarakhand ( Mussoorie, Rishikesh ) and flew back from Delhi. Again, we were rewarded by outstanding arrangements made by Adler Tours & Safaris. All the arrangements for air travel, road travel by air-conditioned cars, English speaking guides, hotel accommodations and meals, entrances to national parks and historical sites were perfect. We could complete our entire tour of India in about three weeks with a very pleasant experience.

In future we plan to visit states in North East India and we definitely plan to use Adler Tours & Safari. We highly recommend Adler Tours & Safaris to anyone looking for upcoming travel plans to experience a wonderful trip and no surprises!

We had already planned our family holiday in Gujarat which included sites like Gir, Porbandar, Somnath, Dwarka and the white desert but we needed a good enough travel company to handle our travel within Gujarat. It was handled by Adler Tours in a very professional manner by providing a good Tempo Traveller (We were nine members), right from our timely pick up at Rajkot Airport to our drop at Ahmedabad Hotel after 5 days. The MD, Mr. Jimmy was a great help not only in organising the travel but also was always ready to help us otherwise too like when we wanted a safari in Gir, he made arrangements and was very amicable. A special word for the driver, Mr. Jagdish Barot who was a great pillar of courtesy who took care of all our travel woes and was always ready to help us without whose dedicated service this trip would not have been this pleasurable.

The price was reasonable.
During the tour the representatives meeting the ladies were always on time, the cars provided were in good condition, comfortable and clean, the drivers drove well and professionally (No Samurai driving) were polite and accommodating and did their job very well. 
The guides assigned to take us around were very knowledgeable and experienced, and made sure that we get the best guidance in a very pleasant manner. Their English was flawless and the communication was excellent.

Travelling with Adler Tours & Safaris Pvt. Ltd., created the most incredible memories for me for life. As an Indian girl, being brought up in England I had never explored the motherland so organising this trip with my mum was a "must-do" on my bucket list.

We planned to see the North and South of India in a short period of time. Although booked last minute, we managed to get the hotels and experiences we so wanted. Everything was tailor made, with the travel company on the other side of the phone if needed.  Jeet and Jimmy were exceptional in making sure our dream trip went off without a hitch. Even at times we werent happy with one or two drivers due to their poor english speaking skills, they happily changed them for us.

Seeing the Taj Mahal at sunrise was a highlight and the holy experience of Varanasi was eye opening! The south was a perfect mix after the frantic pace of north India. Dear Jimmy,

1. Preparation: the preliminary correspondence was very helpful in allowing us to decide on an itinerary suited to our needs and interests. The back-and-forth was organized, rapid and relevant, thus reassuring us that we were in the hands of professionals.
   
   During the tour it was very reassuring to know we could be in touch with you 24/7 as needs arose (including the SIM card you provided and your constant check-ups with the driver to monitor his progress . When it became evident that our travels out of Bhuj would not achieve our goals or intentions, you made the correct decision to provide the much-needed services of an excellent guide.
2. The driver provided proved to be highly punctual and dependable so long as the route to the destination was clear to him. The vehicle was kept exceedingly clean and caused no problems along the way.
3. Guide services: Mayur did a lot to make our visit to the Kutch area memorable, enjoyable and informative. He was eager not only to provide us with the guidance/information one expects but also strove to provide us experiences beyond what one can normally expect.
4. The accommodations provided by you were certainly more than adequate for our particular needs. They were in general above the standard we usually choose and their price was proportionate to the standard. Nevertheless we didn’t always find that we enjoyed what we consider value for money.   Specifically, we found the accommodation at the Orchard in Gondal to be rather average despite the expectations which the publicity raises. Service was not especially friendly and the breakfast was pretty basic and less generous than we enjoyed elsewhere. We noted that the hotel hosted very few customers at least at the time of our stay.
5. Despite the lack of encourage, we were gratified to stay in Jamangar for at least the one night. Our overall impression of the town was quite positive and we would recommend the town to our friends who might visit the area.
