Day 1 : Arrival at Mauritius

Upon arrival at Mauritius airport where you will be welcomed by our representative and later escorted to your hotel by seat-in-coach. Check-in, relax and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner will be served in one of the restaurants of hotel and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : Mauritius- Ile Aux Cerfs

After breakfast, depart in a coach for a full-day excursion to Ile Aux Cerfs, an emerald lagoon on the east coast. The island is known for its sandy beaches, beautiful lagoon and a wide range of facilities and activities. A swim and snorkeling in the lagoon are perfect ways to spend a day. You can also enjoy optional water sports such as banana boat ride, water skiing, parasailing and undersea walk at an additional cost. Return to the hotel in the evening. Dinner will be served in one of the restaurants at the hotel and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Mauritius- North Island Tour

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day North Island tour. Visit the capital city- Port Louis, Place D'Armes with its French colonial buildings, the eventful Champ de Mars Racecourse, and the exotic Caudan Waterfront. Dinner and stay remains at the hotel.

Day 4 : Mauritius- South Island Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a full day South Island tour. Visit the Trou Aux Cerfs, the crater of an extinct volcano and Grand Bassin, a natural lake at the base of volcanic crater and a pilgrimage place for Hindus. Also take a tour of Chamarel and discover its coloured earths and waterfall alongside visit the city of Curepipe where you can pick up some souvenirs. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 : Departure from Mauritius

After breakfast, it is time to bid goodbye to Mauritius and check-out of the hotel to get transferred to the airport to board your flight to Antananarivo.

Day 5 : Arrival in Antananarivo - Madagascar

Arrival in Antananarivo. Welcome to Madagascar, after customs and visa formalities, meeting with your guide. If clients wish, the guide can take them into a restaurant for lunch. Transfer at the hotel.

Day 6 : Antananarivo – Andasibe

A relax start. Meet with the guide after breakfast and then head to the east of the island: Andasibe National Park. This is one of the main roads of the country, it is relying the most important sea port in Toamasina and the capital Antananarivo, a heavy traffic. We leave the highlands by the steep slope of Mandraka where starts the forest.Visit of the butterfly farm to see an amazing concentration of chameleon, gecko, and leaf-tailed gecko and butterfly of course.  Arrive in Andasibe in the afternoon. Installation at the hotel. We do a nocturnal visit in one of the community run reserve of Andasibe, at Mitsinjo reserve in order to look for the inhabitant night active animals.

Day 7 : Andasibe – Antananarivo

In the morning, we walk with a local guide to discover Analamazaotra forest. It is mainly covered with primary forest pecullar to the east side of Madagascar. Many rare and endemic species can be found in this rain forest. The biodiversity is so amazing; we can meet Indri indri the largest of lemurs here. His behaviour is fascinating and your guide will explain all about him. Many other species are living there such as Grey Bamboo lemur (Hapalemur griseus), Wooly lemur (Avahi Laninger) and others. Flora is also very interesting, and there are several species of medicinal plants. Have lunch on spot and drive back to Antananarivo. Before going back to Tana, we head to a lemur island belonging to a lodge, where we can see and touch 3 species of the typical lemurs of the east. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Drive back to Tana on the same way we came in.

Day 8 : Antananarivo Madagascar– fly home

We have breakfast at the hotel and visit crafts market to look for basketry, marquetry, woodcarvings, metal toys, miniature cars and some semi-precious stones, all in very relaxed moodtransferred to the airportto board your flight back to India. Tour Ends.

• GST shall be applicable over and above the package prices.
• The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
• Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• In case of any Visa denial or any delay in Visa process we shall not be responsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate / embassy discretion. We cannot guarantee if visa shall be granted and duration to process the same.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
• The Company reserves the right to:
• Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
• Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
• Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
• Change the routing of Air Travel.
• Change hotel and/tour program due to unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation Policy :

• All services are booked well in advance by the Company, for which part payment is already made. If such bookings are cancelled, penalties are levied upon us. Thus if Client wants to cancel the Tour due to any reason, pre-determined cancellation charges may apply, which are explained further in this clause. Also, cancellation of travel arrangements like Air Tickets, Train Tickets, etc. may generate additional cancellation charges – which will be borne by the Client in addition to following cancellation charges.
• If Client wants to cancel the tour, he must give an application in writing OR send e-mail to that effect, along with the original receipt. Cancellation application must be signed by the same person who has signed the Application Form.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure without giving any reason. In such a case, Company is not liable to grant any compensation, but the entire amount of Tour Fee received will be refunded by A/C Payee cheque in reasonable time period by Company.
• Refunds if any, or for cancellation of Tour by Company ,The amount  will be paid to the client strictly by A/C Payee cheque or by NEFT in the bank account of Tour Member. Amount will be refunded in Indian Rupees only within 45 days of cancellation tour after deducting Cancellation Charges given below.
• We need minimum 3 working days for start cancellation process.·        
• Company will not bear any cancellation charges for additional services purchased by client other than our regular tour inclusions such as hotel booking, air ticketing, train, cruise, etc. after or before tour, even if company cancels the tour.
• Visa / hotel booking / air tickets are interrelated services / Sequential services. In case of any rejection in mentioned services by Consulate/ Hotels/ Airlines, then client will have to pay cancellation charges individually for the any services rejected.
• Customer has to abide by and pay the cancellation charges as per rule, terms & conditions of different organizations like hotel, airlines ,cruise, etc. We will refund the amount only after the receipt of amount from respected organizations.
