Day 2 :

City tour with a visit to the Genocide memorial, lunch at Hotel Des Mille Collines. Overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge, Ruhengeri.

Meal Plan : Lunch, dinner, bed and breakfast

Day 3 :

Gorilla trekking. overnight at Mountain Gorila View Lodge, Ruhengeri.

Day 4 :

Optional 2nd gorilla trekking or Golden Monkey trek. Overnight Mountain Gorila View Lodge, Ruhengeri

Overview

Volcanoes National Park lies in northwestern Rwanda and borders Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda. The national park is known as a haven for the rare and endangered mountain gorilla and golden monkeys.
