COVID-19 Testing Protocol :?

All patients arriving at Prakriti Shakti will have to undergo an RT PCR or Rapid Antigen Test. This is mandatory as per our strict safety protocols intended to keep you as well as our staff protected. You can arrive with or without the RT PCR or Rapid Antigen Test, but you will have to go through the procedure on arrival. You will be accommodated in our isolation ward within the facility until test results arrive, which is 24-36 hours. This additional day of stay, as well as the cost of the test, is included in the package price and you will not be charged anything extra. The duration of your treatment will also be extended to accommodate this additional day.

Note:
  • Our Detox Treatment starts at 7 days and the Curative Treatments start at 10 days from the time of admission.
  • The duration of your stay depends on your medical condition as determined by our medical team.
  • Restrictions apply on treatments during your menstrual cycle.
  • Patients should be above 14 years of age.

Admission Information:

Admission time is 1:00 pm. Discharge time is 11:00 am. It is best if the patient arrives before 2.00 pm.

Booking and Cancellation Policy :

  • To book a program, 50% advance payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or before the cut-off date mentioned by the Central Reservation System.
  • For booking confirmation, 100% advance payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or before the cut-off date mentioned by the Central Reservation System.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 15 days before the arrival date. The balance amount will be retained for a future booking date valid until December 2021.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date. The full amount will be retained for a future booking date valid until December 2021.
  • No refund of the retained amount post December 2021.
