About the program
 
These 5 days will sow the seed of Yoga in you and you will see the fruits day by day as you go along with the continuation of your practices.
The programme is designed for the beginners or those who wish to re-instate their practices. It will work for anyone who has a devotional or an investigative mindset. The programme is tightly scheduled and there is no scope for missing out any session. These 5 days of Hatha Yoga will help you balance your mind and build a discipline to nurture your body. The rigidity of the programme must be followed in order to bring a change to yourself and to keep the programme spirit intact for everyone else.
Any ailment you may have must be disclosed in confidence before signing up for the programme as this will help the teacher to take appropriate decisions for you.
 
About the teacher
 
Divya Naveen is a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Coach. She has extensively worked with all age groups of people helping them to achieve sustained better health. She has been taking therapeutic yoga practices over 8 years. Her speciality is in chronic ailments Parkinson's, Arthritis, Spinal issues, Diabetes and Hypertension along with general health management.
 
She has completed her Masters in Science in Yoga Therapy, Has been a student of Dr Rob Lamport, Chiropractor from Italy for various Human Anatomy studies. She has completed the Ayurveda Wellness Course and is a student of Vedanta.
 
Your Stay & Food
 
You will stay in comfortable rooms at Gir Birding Lodge which have en-suite toilets and showers. All rooms are air-conditioned. We follow strict ways of COVID protocol.
 
The food will be vegetarian and will follow the pattern of pranic cooking, this will be most suitable for your yogic practices as the mind and body will stabilize faster. The water is filtered and you may get your own water bottles to fill up. It is advisable not to consume any snacks etc. in-between the meals as this will hamper the progress of your practices. 
 
Do let us know if you have any specific conditions, allergies or food requirements. We will
try our best to cater to your needs if conditions permit.
 
Day 1 : Arrival at Gir
Please arrive by late afternoon. Check-in and familiarization. After this, we will serve you with fruits and a pranic drink. This will be followed by briefing, orientation and yoga therapy consultations or clarification of doubts.
 
We will practice Hatha Yoga with an accomplished teacher (if time permits). Dinner will be served at 1800 hrs after the short break from Hatha Yoga.
 
This will be preceded by meditation orientation talk followed by meditation.
 
Overnight stay.
 
PS: If you are traveling to Gir, we suggest it you carry / consume your brunch latest by 1100 hours.
 
Day 2 : Gir
 
After the wake-up call, you will perform Pranayama and Meditation. Later, you will perform Hatha Yoga. After brunch, you will go out for a nature walk and learn how to chant for positive energy.
 
Later in the afternoon, there will be a lecture on yoga and current lifestyle followed by Hatha Yoga practice.
 
After dinner, there will be a session for breath-watching and self introspection, followed by Trataka and meditation.
 
Overnight stay.
 
Day 3 : Gir
 
After the wake-up call, you will perform Pranayama and Meditation.followed by Hatha Yoga Session.
 
In the afternoon, you will perform Kreeda Yoga and understand the yogic eating habits. Later, we will have a session of moving meditation.
 
After dinner, we will perform bhajans, breath-watching and understand sound meditation
 
Overnight stay.
 
Day 4 : Gir
 
After the wake-up call, you will perform Pranayama and Meditation. Later, you will perform Hatha Yoga. After brunch, you will go out for a nature walk and learn how to chant for positive energy.
 
There will be Hatha yoga session in the afternoon followed by vegetarian dinner.
 
After dinner, we will perform Mind-Breath-Body changes and understand Koshas. Also, there will be maitri milan (interactive discussions) to share your experience with other participants.
 
Overnight stay.
 
Day 5 : Depature from Gir
 
After breakfast, checkout and drive to the airport to connect flight back home.
