A packed lunch will be provided at Rann Utsav - The Tent City to guests who opt for 1:30 PM pickup. No lunch will be provided to guests who opt for a 3:30 PM pickup
Distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo in Kutch is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 min.

Complimentary refreshments will be served en route Dhordo in the bus.

Day 1 :

12.30 PM - Welcome and Check-in
12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Lunch at respective Dining Area
02:30 PM to 04:00 PM - Enjoy in-house activities.
04:00 PM to 05:00 PM - Evening Tea/Coffee
05:00 PM to 05:30 PM - Transfer to White Rann to witness the Grandeur of Sunset. Mode of transfer can be through Camel Cart / Bus / both.
07:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Return Transfer to Tent City Dhordo.
07:30 PM to 10:00 PM - Dinner at respective Dining Area
09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.

Day 2 :

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM - MORNING TEA
07:30 AM to 08:30 AM - Breakfast at respective Dining Area
08:30 AM onwards - Complimentary Tour to Mandvi. Kutch Mandvi is an important beach famous among travellers for peace and solitude. Mandvi has beautiful white sand, serene locales and enchanting sunset views. Dist. from Tent City is approx. 140 kms one way.
11:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial. Shyamji Krishna Varma was born on 04th October,1857 in Mandvi Town of Kutch District of Gujarat. He was one of the foremost freedom fighters in the history of freedom movement of India. The memorial’s objective is to pay tribute to Shyamji Krishna Varma and educate the young generation about the Indians who sacrificed everything for the nation.
01:00PM to 02:00 PM - Visit Vijay Vilas Palace. The great palace of Mandvi was built in 1929 by highness Maharao Vijay Singhji, The Maharaja of Kutch, as a summer resort. This palace has domed terrace that gives a panoramic view of the sea. It has interiors made like offices where the king used to work.
02:00 PM to 03:30 PM - Lunch at Private Dining Area on Mandvi Beach
03:30 PM to 05:30 PM - Enjoy leisure at private Beach This beach is regarded as one of the finest beaches on Gujarat shoreline. A great family spot to spend a quality time where you can swim and enjoy a nice view of the coastline.
05:30 PM onwards - Return transfer to Tent City,Dhordo.
07:30 PM to 10:30 PM - Dinner at respective dining area.

Day 3 :

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM - MORNING TEA
06:30 AM to 07:30 AM - Yoga Session at Activity Area
06:30 AM to 07:00 AM - Transfer to White Rann to Witness the grandeur of Sunrise

03:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Complimentary Tour to Kala Dungar [Black Hill] - the highest point in Kutch. On the route visit to Handicraft Village “Gandhi Nu Gaam”. Tea/Coffee shall be provided at Kala Dungar. Complimentary Refreshment in bus.

Handicraft village: Hiralaxmi Craft Park – a vision to preserve, restore and promote the art and craft of Kutch and make them accessible to the public.
The handicraft village is where live artisans can be seen working.
The cost of entry (if any) will be borne by the guest.
In case guests have to reach Railway Station / Airport / Bus Stand earlier for their onward journey, they will have to arrange it on their own. Timings of any such departure should be notified at the reception at the time of check-in.

To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station and The Tent City, Dhordo, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis).
3 Nights/4 Days Package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd & 3rd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 4th Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 4th Day.
2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
Visit to White Rann on Day 1, visit to Mandvi on Day 2 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Nights/4 Days package whereas visit to White Rann on Day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Nights/3 Days package are fixed & cannot be inter- changed. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be provided. More requirements are available at a reasonable cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

100 % Refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to schedule arrival.
70% refund, if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days)
No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Change in guest/guests’ names would be treated as Cancellation.
In case of any date change Rs.1500/Person + 18% GST will be charged. (Rote difference shall be levied)
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Tax Rale would be 18% GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST).
Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).

Terms and Condition

All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount is not refundable.
Pick-up and drop-off facility available only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled

timings.
The Voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof such as Adhar Card of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa.
Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
In case of a delayed arrival of Train or Flight, the guest will be transferred to Tent City, Dhordo in the next available transfer.
In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge or club house till the availability of the tent.
