What you require:
Only a small case or rucksack,
A pair of long trousers and jersey for the cool mornings and evenings in addition to plenty of light clothes for hot days (do not forget a hat), comfortable shoes/sandal, snacks and drinks (we provide cooler box for your drinks)
Torch, sunglasses, suntan lotion, Toiletries, insect repellent/spray
All personal travel insurance
Flying Doctors Service for emergency evacuation cover valid for 2 months (This can be arranged by our office and cost advised)
Camping experience.
What we provide;
Accommodation will be in waterproof 2-person-tents with built-in mosquito nets at the entrances and windows. Comfortable 5 cm thick sleeping mattresses are provided, as well and camping furniture such as tables, safari chairs, functional cutlery and crockery.
You will also be accompanied by a skilled safari cook who will take care of your well-being. He will prepare all meals, often even including a packed meal for a picnic lunch. The camp and food will be set up and prepared for you, so that you can just relax and enjoy your holiday.
The facilities at the campsite are basic, they include cold shower, few places have warm shower, the washrooms are basic mostly pit latrines.
